Hi, everyone, Tonya here - welcome to my house!
Today I wanted to share with you a card that I created as an invitation to my annual egg coloring party. I wanted my card to have the feel of colored Easter eggs, but with an elegant twist.

I used the Delicate Egg Die for my card, and then made it appear as though it were free floating in the middle of the card.

Wait - are you asking "How did she do that?"   Here is a complete step by step video of me making this card.

I love how the Gelatos from Faber-Castell Design Memory Craft create a soft watercolor look just like the egg coloring kits.

Thanks for hopping with us today make sure you left a comment to be eligible for these fantastic prizes.

Now, head on over to Lynne Forsythe’s blog to continue the hop. Thank you for joining our blog hop!

  10. Love your card using the delicate egg die.....I just purchased a few of the dies and fell in love with them immediately! Question....did you do anything special when cutting out the egg due to the intricacy of it? Thank you again for giving all of us an opportunity to win the wonderful dies!!!!

    1. No, but the cardstock that I used was pretty thick, and I have a vagabond which has a LOT of pressure. So you will have to play with your machine.

  20. I'm SO glad that you used the egg die - it's been my favorite from the first moment the I saw it!! The Gelatoes (sp?) are beautiful & I can tell I'm going to need to find a set to play with them (I love using watercolor crayons for the color intensity & it looks like I might be able to get that with this product, too). Thank you so much for the inspiration!!
